Evenflo x Perma Blend - Lip Color Neutralizer Set

Lulu Siciliano and Perma Blend have developed this exclusive PMU lip color modification set to provide artists the ability to achieve incredible results for darker-toned lips. This "two-step process" will provide beautiful, natural-looking lips for clients who wish to warm-up and brighten their lip tone.

Set includes 3 0.5 oz bottles:

Neutralizer: A bright orange with a warm undertone. Specifically formulated for modifying light to medium-dark lips with pink or blue undertones. Can be used alone or mixed with another warm color.

Lulu's top mixes: Bare + Malina + Neutralizer or Bare + Neutralizer + a drop of Colorizer

Illume: A golden yellow, opaque color with a warm undertone. Specifically formulated to neutralize deep purplish hues. This color can be used straight or mixed 1:1 with your target color. Mix with Neutralizer for blue-purple dark lips.

• Peel off tab and open lid to dispense
• Apply clear tape to label for efficient disinfection between procedures
• Screen your client for a history of hyperpigmentation, as this is a high-risk group and lip procedures should be avoided
